Everything Is Welcome ~ 6 Month Group

Service Description

Everything is Welcome is a closed group for women that will meet once a month over 6 months, with optional buddy groups in-between, and a one to one deep listening session with myself as part of the process. Together we will explore how to create the conditions needed to welcome all parts of ourselves and each other more fully. We will be applying the potency of simple practices that turn towards, rather than away from our experience. Practices that cultivate the curiosity, courage, kindness and humility that is required when we allow ourselves to pare everything down to simply what is here. Themes that we might explore include: ~ Places that nourish us. ~ Places that feel stuck. ~ Places in shadow. ~ Places that are known and places that are unknown. The sessions will draw from the principles of Hakomi and the teachings of Tara Brack, Pema Chodron and Marlies Cocheret. Group size is limited to 9 and we will be starting Autumn 2025. Sessions will not be recorded so live attendance is essential. Dates are Fridays 10am -12pm: We'll meet on the second Friday of the month ~ September 12th / October 10th / November 14th / December 12th / January 9th/ February 13th / March 13th The one to one session with me can be taken at any time during our 6 months together. Costs: There is a fixed fee of £200 for this group, and there are two concession places. Please get in touch if you would like to have one of those. Please also let me know if you would like to pay over a period of time. This group might be for you if you would like to develop your capacity to turn towards rather than away from what is happening for you; if you feel interested and motivated to explore more elements of yourself; or if you feel curious about staying attuned to your experience as it evolves moment to moment.
