What happens in a session?
Each Friday morning at 8am we'll sit together for a meditation which I will guide in part, followed by some time to check in about our practice.

We'll focus on the power of meditation to change our relationship to stress. We'll explore how it can support the settling of our nervous systems, increase our capacity to tolerate pressure and connect us with a more spacious way of being in life that is less reactive and more responsive.
